Hey guys...Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Justin from AZ. My buddy from work gave me this *MINT* '85 325e;). The story behind it is that when he went to turn it over it made a grinding sound. Thought it was a bad starter and replaced it. No good. He pulled the plugs out and found that the 3rd spark plug had its electrode smashed in and a "v" notched out of the threads. Since he didnt want to spend money on it....he gave it to me. Car will not turn over. I see a few things wrong right off...like the brake master to intake manifold line is snapped and some sort of square box on the intake is missing its internal piece (have no idea what it is). If you have any advice on how to get this thing running or what to look for lemme know. I know the basics but you guys know E30's....Anyways, the build will be slow but I am gonna keep it for the rest of my life...lol. I have searched my ass off for sedan mod pics. I found a few but have NO CLUE what wheels/body kit will flow on a prefacelift. If you have any suggestions...throw them down. Also, a motor swap and 5 or 6 speed will be done...just dont know what the hell to do for a combo. My goal is about 450HP. Here are 2 paths I might go. If u have info on them..can you hook me up?
