Bulbs are bad, or they are not connected.

No, its the fact that the front either arent connected, or the bulb is burnt out.

        Check that first.

They stay on when you turn on headlights/parking lights. They blink when you turn on the signals/hazards. If the bulb is rusty, I would replace it either way. They're cheap enough. Check for power and ground, thats about all you can do. Try making a known good ground to see if that fixes it, or supply known good power to see if it works. If one of either makes it work you know where your problem is. It's not a complicated circuit, might help to get a diagram though.

Oh yeah, make sure you have the right bulbs.

Also, may be corrosion. New bulbs, wire brush the sockets and slather the insides with dielectric grease.

those turn signal bulbs are dual filament. one filament is lit when the light knob is in position one or two (parking lights) the other filament is engaged when you hit the turn signals. if its not coming on as a parking light, the filament in the bulb is probably bad. did you try replacing it yet?

yes, i just got new bulbs... one thing is that metal reflector inside can be push back and seem like nothing is holding it in place while the other side that is working is stable...can that be the cause of it....for exp. like the metal reflector need to a metal in order to ground???
