JOM Coilover Group Buy

I would like to let every one know that I have spoken to a distributor in London of JOM and have arranged a group buy for the JOM Coil overs for the e30.

Right now with a minimum of 5 we can lock in a price of $380 dollars shipped!

If we can get more then 5 I would assume we can get him to go lower but at this price Im pretty sure that wont be a problem.

According to the distributor 2 door or 4 door must be specified as the rear springs are different between the two.

All payments must be through Paypal and you will pay the seller directly. I will only act as a go between and will give the sellers contact information to all those that want in on the group buy so you can contact the seller directly should the need arise.

There's no suspension difference between the coupe and sedan.

that is the picture provided by the distributor Ill email him and see if I can get any more info on spring rates and or actual pictures of the kit and closeups of the welds etc

As for the difference I believe he may have been thinking rate differences between 4 cyl and 6cyl or touring. ill follow up when I get any more info. As for the review I as well wouldnt mind seeing a set installed I asked him if he had any and he said he did not.

Interesting if that is the actual kit. Rear is just normal install. What about the front? It looks like the kit comes with 4x rear adjusters? How would one mount/use those front springs?

Just like the GC kit. Remove perch, make a small bead of a weld, and put the adjuster on there.

The spring looks goofy because there is no need for camber plates and you can use your stock top-hat.

Just a suggestion, you might want to share this in other forums(e30tech) so we can get more people involved and maybe cheaper prices :) btw theres a Group Buy section in the For sale section

Made a thread on e30 tech. If some of you that have interest or are already "in" can help to keep an eye on it or answer any questions that have been answered in this or the original thread would be appreciated.

posting the same thing i did in the other thread

i don't find these in the slightest way appealing. they will handle like royal crap. look at those front springs, they are tapered...what the fuck. those shocks and inserts will last about 10 feet of driving. this looks like whoever gets involved will get royally ripped off.
