    I wound the front and rear coils all the way up. It looks super raked. lol

    The difference between early and late model arches are almost 1 1/2" from the fender lip to the body line.

    So, the late's as Einstein57 said will look much lower in the rear naturally. Or, "reverse raked".

    Also the rear of the car is the same. Its just the arches are higher so it does not look as slammed as a late model would.

    You're fine, or should be. Early 318's are the only car that had the small diameter as far as anything I can find.

    I'm pretty sure the only cars that came with the narrow strut housings up front were early 318's, but I could be wrong.
