Hey guys,
I've got some parts left over from a stroker build that I started before I decided to go with an S50.
#3: Running M20B25 w/ 230k
This motor IS NOW OUT out of my DD to make room for an S50. The engine pulls hard and of my 3 M20's is probably the strongest of them all.
***EDIT: Also, thinking about pulling all the parts off of my running M20 to make up a 327i stroker kit. If you're interested PM me.
This is the donor car (1989 Delphin 325i):

Iphone Video 1: Acceleration
Iphone Video 2: Highway Cruising RPM Speed / Temp / MPG
#4: Parted M20
This is a spare b25 that I bought to start a 3.0L stroker build but have since purchased an S50 swap. Unknown donor and mileage. All parts are unverified and are at your risk to buy. Hints the cheap prices on certain parts such as alternator, power steering pump, etc.... The timing belt was still under tension and the head gasket was still good.
*****All Prices are shipped except the head, intake, oil pan, and block
*****Prices are fairly firm as I will mainly be using USPS flat rate boxes which start at $10 and up.

Alternator (no pulley) : $40

Intake (b25) : $60 + Shipping
Throttle body (b25): $40

Exhaust Manifolds (b25) : $20

Wiring Harness: $35

Pulley Wheels: $10
Crank Wheel: $15

Valve Cover: $40

Fan w/ clutch: $35

Oil Pan: $50 + shipping

Thermostat Housing w/ sensors: $30
Power Steering Pump w/ bracket: $35
Oil Pump: $30
Waterpump: $20

Oil Filter Housing: $35
Engine Mounting Brackets: $40
Timing Belt Covers (2pc): $30

Block: $100 +shipping (whole)
or Parted.....
Crank: $25 + shipping
Rods: $40
Pistons: $60
Block only: $50 + shipping

Note: At some point there was water in cylinders 3 and 6, but was not present when the head was pulled. This was probably due to condensation coming through the open exhaust side valves as the exhaust manifolds where not covered when I bought the motor. However, under inspection the corrosion and carbon build up is only on the surface of those cylinders and the cross hashing can still be seen on the clean cylinders. Bore out the block while you're stoking and it should be great. Also it does not fully crank. Can be cranked about 60 degress and the binds up. If I have to part the block I will look into why. I was not concerned as I was going to brake it down anyway.
Again, prices are fairly firm as I will mainly be using USPS flat rate boxes which start at $10 and up.
***** Will trade for:
Manuel All-Aluminum Radiator
IX Booster
735i MC and Res
Crack Free Dash's (Looking for 2)
E36 M3 ZF 5 Speed Trans
E30 M3 Drive-shaft
S50 Performance Parts
Thanks
