FS: Very nice 1988 325is in Los Angeles, CA. $5300

    SOLD SOLD SOLD

I am selling my 1988 325is. In one year of owning this car, there has been a lot of time, money and effort put into what it is today. The car starts right up and runs excellent. It’s clean and presentable all around, but not flawless. Everything works inside and out with the exception of the air conditioner which would need a belt and a recharge, but everything is there. All the lights and sensors and gauges function. Everything on the cluster works, odometer reads 282,XXX. Fog lights work, reverse lights work, 13 button OBC works, power windows and sunroof. Here is a breakdown of what the vehicle is:

    1988 325is 5 speed California Car
Clean title, current registration, passes smog.
Matching locks all around with OEM original, original spare and aluminum spare.
Alpine white with a full black interior swapped in.
Plastic bumpers, front convertible seats and rear ski pass seat with headrests.
M20B25 with a rebuilt head one year ago.

Radiator, thermostat, temp sensor, water pump, spark plugs, fuel filter – 1 year old
Interstate battery – 10 months old
    OEM pads and rotors, f & r – 8 months old
Alternator & power steering belts, wiper blades, center support bearing, guibo – 1 month old
Many other parts replaced with good, properly functioning parts over the last year.

    SS brake lines
735il brake booster and master cylinder
    M3 offset control arm bushings
    Bilstein Sport front struts
    Koni Single Adjustable rear shocks
    H&R Race Springs
    E90 drop hats
Z4 3.0 short shift kit w/ new bushings
ZHP 5 speed short, weighted shift knob
2.93 LSD installed in the car (4.10 LSD available to be included)
    Alpine head unit
Probably a few other things I am leaving out, but that is a rundown of what to expect.

This is a real 325is, not a lookalike 325i. Factory IS rear deck lip, working map light rear view mirror, working 13 button OBC, M Tech I steering wheel, premium sound package, BBS basketweave wheels (sprayed gold). Just missing an IS front lip.

Pictures will be posted tomorrow afternoon after a good cleaning. The car will be available to show anytime from tomorrow on. Feel free to PM, email or call with questions regarding the car. Located in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, CA. Thanks for looking.

    $5300

3.73 LSD was traded plus cash for a 4.10 LSD. The 2.93 was put in because I drive a lot, thing is a nice cruiser and gets very good MPG. Still have a 4.10 LSD that can be added into the sale if you would rather a fun, quick little car.

Pics will be up tomorrow in the thread. PM an email if anyone wants pictures sent straight to them. Thanks.

Sorry for the poor picture quality, I don't have the nicest camera. This shows a decent representation of my car. Clean paint on a solid body, fairly clean interior. Not perfect, but in nice shape overall.

                Exterior:

Small expected dings, no major damage anywhere. Paint is in very good condition with one chip on the rear drivers quarter.

                Interior:

Fairly clean black leather. Drivers seat is in the worst shape with 2 tears and a stitched seem on the outer body bolster. Both front seats function properly. Rear seat is pretty nice with a little bit of wear on the bottom bench. One crack in the dash above the cluster where the vin tag is (most common place to crack). Clean door cards and nice dark carpet.

So there are some photos to get the image out there. Come see it in person to get a true representation and feel how solid it runs. Car idles perfectly and never gets hots. Throw a front lip on and ride in style.
