The Macao 91 vert has to be among the rarest, none of them came to the US officially, so cheap would be an understatement.

The M3 (blue) only came in Macao, so it's either a custom color or a bad picture, the grey dash and trim would be "extended silver napa leather" which was available by special order, the diagonal piping on the door cards is M3 vert specific so that's right. The engine would be "Euro with Catalyst" for 215 hp, so that's right as well.
It should reasonably be listed at $70K plus, if the ads on Pistonheads are any indication.

I haven't seen an E30 M3 convertible listed for anywhere near this price. Ever.

If it's not a scam there's an easy $10,000+ to be made by flipping it on eBay if it checks out and recent sale prices are any indication.

Yeah, looks like Estoril blue to me but definitely not Macao. I own a Macao blue M technic.

that add is def. a fake/scam. the car is painted estoril, the car is in Germny-- I can tell by the houses and the roofing in the pic.
