thats all for now, have more to update tomorow
Heres an update-
Started putting some of the pile of parts back on the motor and cleaning them.
Went with a metal water pump
Switched out to metal thermostat housing w/ new thermostat and drilled a tiny hole in the top of it for easier bleeding
Got a new idler pully the other one had a bad bearing
Engine all dressed up minus the water pump pulley i just bought but havent put on yet e34 oil pan conversion done
e36 mount arms on
m20 coolant temp sensor for my car. hopefully the right one!
Is this the right config for the temp sender (m20 sensor to the right)
thats all for now, ordered the steel plate that covers the bellhousing and starter, 2 knock sensors, and a red label, still waiting to get my harness back from the conversion from markert motor works, also i finally got a MAF and intake boot :) cant wait its all coming together
ok so here she is, not running yet but mounted up
another angle
this things a tight fit
my sisters boyfriend giving me a hand
thats all for now, more to come shortly!
Havent upadated in a while so heres some pics!
Heres the next update from today :)
Got some seats for the e30, they were going to go in a buddys truck. sadly he flipped a car and died in 05, i inherited his seats. Thanks Jon RIP bud-
Heres another shot of them
So i finally got around to modifying my shift linkage to work and put my shifter back in the middle of my console check it!
got my radiator hoses and fan squared away :)
the exhaust on this swap is a really tight fit. the front manifold comes mm's away from the subframe and swaybar.
Lets do this :)
ready to rock and roll
stock springs in the front slammed in the rear!
Dusted em with some flat black for now to prevent flash rusting
another pic
Not to shabby
bolted in the downpipes
Seriously tight fit on that pipe
THis is as far as i got with them, still going to run an x pipe to dual muffelers in the rear.
a shot from the front, im trying to keep the pipes really tight to the floor since the car is slammed.
Modified my trans x member
my tool box is bigger than my car :)
UNtil next time!
Still havent washed it or lowered the left front.
Haters can hate on the exhaust i made but if its for free its for me, i took these off a customers car because they said they were too loud and modified them to fit on here because im ballin on a budget. very fast and furious.
A few buddies over like the smashed 1/4 on that e36? lol
sold the bronzit car to my buddy rob, sad to see it leave but glad its going to a good home :)
closer pic
more to come soon, engine bay has come a long way and i still havent detailed the car yet :)
