    400hp 1997 Saab 900 vert

I picked this up for a short run, but with a newborn at home she doesn't get driven as much as I hoped and I need a new daily driver
    I'm asking 4700 but I am also looking into e30, e24,e28, e36 and e46 trades

It has 159,105 miles on her now... the motor was rebuilt right at 150k, break in oil for just 20 minutes during heat cycle, then again for 100 miles changed it to 5w40 rotella syn, and the last oil change was at 158,000 , fresh rebuild on the HX35, plugs and oil at 149,400, then on November 10th, 2009, she received Koni adjustable's on all 4 corners, Vogtland springs, poly front bushings on control arms and sway bar end links. at 145,440 miles on 9-12-08, put a new DIC on...
    RADIATOR HAS BEEN REPLACED

BAD: the car no longer has a working 5th gear. 1st-4th are completely functional and the car is driven daily with no problems other than slightly worse gas mileage.

I remember the first time I drove a manual Saab. I sat there for like 5 minutes trying to get the key out before I figured out it had to be in reverse lol. That and putting the key in the center console behind the shifter is just a weird, unique feature to have in a car. I like weird, unique features.

Holy cow. All PM's replied to.

Thanks for all the interest guys!

I've had some surprised faces try to chase me down in Chargers, Mustangs, Camaros etc with this little thing.

I love the car, but getting a car seat in and out of a vert isn't ideal.

As for it looking like crap; well, it's a Saab 900. You can't do too much to make them look good. haha.

I'll post engine bay pics up eventually, but I popped my hood release cable a few days after ownership and it isn't exactly easy to swap out.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask via text at the number provided above.

Man...You're across the entire US, but convince me to leave my e30 for this and I will. I'm so torn. It seems like so much fun to drive...but its so...ugly and it just seems to hard to leave the Bimmers that I know and love.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30
