    FS: 1991 318iS - 147k - SOLD

As most of you know, it's getting more and more difficult to find clean examples of these cars. Well, here's your chance! This 1991 318iS is Alpine White 2 with black vinyl sport interior. All paint and body panels are original, the body is in good shape with paint that is nice and shiny. Of course during it's 21 years on the road it has picked up a couple little dings here and there but nothing that stands out as an issue. The car has 147k on the clock with a WORKING odometer and a CLEAN California title.

This car has been maintained during its life and it shows. The car has fairly recently had all of the following parts replaced: timing chain, timing chain guides, timing chain rails, timing chain tensioner, timing chain gears, water pump, shifter bushings, thermostat, radiator, fan, fan clutch, coolant, and an oil change. It has also had all of the "under intake mess" hoses and couplers replaced!

The car is mostly stock with few modifications. Mods include: M-Technic 1 steering wheel, US ellipsoid headlights, new fog lights with Osram bulbs, Tokico shocks, Eibach springs, houndstooth front door panels, and a European rear plate filler.

This car is definitely considered a clean example in my book. The interior has a clean dash, working cluster, good condition black sport seats, tinted rear windows, and a new Febi shift knob. Engine purrs like it should, fires right up and runs great. Original basketweave wheels are in good shape with nice caps, nice emblems, and newer tires all around. Car has a brand new iS front spoiler with all new mounting clips. There are no funny noises and no surprises, you'll love this car.

    Asking price is $5500.

Sorry, I did forget to mention the AC. Everything is there but it does not blow cold.

                            Not sure.

If you're interested come take a look and take it for a drive. Once you see how smooth it runs and cruises the amount of owners won't matter.
