FS: 1991 BMW M3 (Alpine White/Black) in Seattle, WA

I am selling my beloved E30 M3. Unfortunately I need to downsize the stable. I purchased the car in 2008 and loved every minute I drove it. The car is almost 100% stock. Since I purchased it I started replacing everything with stock OEM parts and now other than the chip everything is stock.

    Exterior
The body is rust free. Any surface rust there was on the car has been taken care of during the time I owned the car. All the body work was done at Queen City Auto Rebuild. Some minor work has also been done at Haury's. Before I sell the car I also intend to have the sunroof panel repainted as it has some stains on it.
Here's a summary of the work that has been done on the body:
    - Left Rear Quarter Panel, Left Door, Right Fender, Hood - repainted in 3/2012
    - Trunk Lid, Windshield cowl - repainted in 6/2010
    - Floor Panel, Trunk - repainted in 2/2010

    Interior
The interior is in perfect shape. Brand new OEM carpet and dashboard were installed in 4/2010. The black leather seats are in great condition. The upper portion of the back seat is a little harder because of exposure to sun and the seams are showing but there are no tears in the leather.

    Engine
There is a custom chip installed for better mid range torque and a retarded exhaust sprocket is also installed. I can provide the stock chip and sprocket with the car. The compression is even to +/- 5 psi across all four cylinders. (see last 4 pictures)
    Cylinder #1: 195
    Cylinder #2: 195
    Cylinder #3: 200
    Cylinder #4: 200

    Suspension
The suspension is 5 months old. All springs, shocks and mounts plus all the shock bumps and others were replaced with stock E30 M3 parts. This is by far the best suspension setup for that car in my opinion.

    Wheels
The wheels have been professionally refinished in 5/2012. They look new.

    Exhaust
The exhaust is stock. There is currently a small leak coming from somewhere in the vicinity of the catalytic converter. It is barely audible and it doesn't affect the Emissions Tests.

    Shifter and Transmission
The whole shifter assembly has been replaced with brand new OEM parts in 2/2011. The shifter has no play and all gears engage perfectly.

    Radio
The car comes with the very sought after BMW Business CD43 with an original Radiopass Card (Code). There are no burnt pixels on the display.

    Summary of recent major repairs
    - Wheels refinished (5/2012)
    - Water Pump (4/2012)
    - Suspension (4/2012)
    - Front and rear Boge M3 shocks
    - Front and rear Stock OEM springs
    - Front and rear Strut mounts
    - Tie rods
    - Wheel alignment
    - Brake fluid flush (5/2011)
    - Transmission and Differential Oil flush (5/2011)
    - Stock Shifter and all bushings and rods (2/2011)
    - Transmission Mounts (2/2011)
    - Alternator (12/2010)
    - Trunk Lid and Windshield Cowl (6/2010)
    - Heater Core (4/2010)
    - Clean and Repaint Floor Panel, Battery Tray and trunk lid gasket lip (2/2010)
    - Valve Adjustment (3/2009)
    - Valve Cover Powder Coat (3/2009)
    - Right Front Wheel Bearing (1/2009)

If you check CarFax there is an accident that's recorded. It was a slight bumper to bumper collision that left no trace on the car whatsoever. A police report was still filled and carfax got notified. I can provide more detail in person. As far as I know the car has never been in any accident before I purchased it.

I am asking $18,000 for the car. Mileage is 135K. This is not a low mileage garage queen but a very well maintained car that can be enjoyed daily. It is very reliable and has never left me stranded.

Feel free to ask any questions you might have. I can provide more pictures as long as it doesn't involve taking the car apart.

Not a fan of white e30's, but wouldn't care with this car. Thank you for keeping it stock. Beautiful. Hope you find a great home for it. Price sounds very fair.

Someone from the forum should get this one. I remember my last e30 I sold ended up totalled within a month as the new owner did not give a shit.

This car is a gem. GLWS Sir!
