    This is my freshly rebuilt M20.





















    Metric Blues ladies and gentlemen. Totally capable of handling boost.

      Kind of pissed me off looking at this.

      I got coolant in my oil from a hg going bad, granted my motor was very old, it is still a bitch to clean.

        Yeah. ARP studs and a mild cam for now. This will also give me time to take care of some rust spots and do my subframe/trailing arm bushings and other bits.

                  No. VR head bolts are good. Try to avoid using a victor reinz gasket tho. Use a Goetz or Elring.

                  Sorry to hear this OP. The metric blues are deff the cause of the failure?

                  Also you should be using BMW blue coolant.Not that green shit.

                              I did. With the help of a friend who has built countless motors for SpecE30 cars. Never before used Metric Blues and never seen this issue. Has a Goetze HG.
