    My zinnoberrot Frankenstein

Hey y'all! So today I picked up a 1988 325 vert!! And it was in bad and good condition. The interior is perfect but the car has motor problems. That's why my page is called "Frankenstein" my plan is to awake it from the dead and drive in to the sunset!

The body and that is good, it's just the motor that is the "big" problem! Since I'm gonna work on the motor or do a motor swap I'll prob gonna do a auto to 5 speed swap also!

Here is some pics from today and I'll upload more this weekend y'all
Wish me luck and enjoy! :-D

              Sunday work!

So today i did a lot of work..

i wanted to find out if the motor was working or junk.. so i started putting it all together "the previous owner had started taking shit apart on the motor" :hitler:

Then i decided to take of the fender and bumper to have better access to the engine room!

Then after "putting everything back together i fucked up the Rotor.. because i did not put the engine pulle mount or what ever its called..

but no bigge, got brand new ones from autozone! "yay for warranty "

Then we did some tests on the car.. aaaand one of the cylinders had like 30 psi or something.. and the rest was 0.... sooo no i know the engine is "junk" and i can start pulling it out the engine and get ready for a motor and 5 speed swap! "alot of work to do.."

Another thing is that the soft top rear window was so "old" that it just popped out.. so my question is.. do i have to replace the whole soft top or can i buy the rear "window" and sew it on? or just do a mcgyver style and use ducktape!!

                    Small update

So i started to take the motor apart.. to investigate and learn more about the motor. i'm trying to find out why it don't start/work.. everithing seems to be ok.. but then again i'm no professional.. :D

Some say it can be Bent valves, Head maybe warped, Bad head gasket, or a crack somewhere... but it all looks to be fine.. i'm gonna investigate some more tomorrow and this weekend!!
