1987 325is ALL ORIGINAL 2nd owner, no rust -NJ

SOLDSo I thought this day would never come but... my e30 is for sale. My whole life I have been a fan of e30s and I searched a long time for the right one. During my search I found this one. A one owner, all original, garage kept beauty. I bought this car a little over two years ago. My plan was to restore it and keep it for the rest of my life. The car is an original northeast car but it has absolutely NO RUST. I have spent over $3000 in maintenance alone not including the extra parts i have since ownership and have all the receipts to prove it. I own three vehicles and live in building that does not have a garage so I decided to pass my baby to someone else to enjoy. Enough story time, now to the car

    1987 325is
    149k miles
    Black w/ beige leather interior
    2nd owner

-new battery, lower control arm bushings, full tune-up (air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, etc.), timing belt kit, water pump, tail light gasket, trunk gasket, new tires, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, alignment. 11/27/12
    -fan clutch, oil pan. 1/8/13
    -clutch slave, master cylinder. 1/12/13
    -temp switch, thermostat, wipers. 8/3/13
    -stop light switch 11/4/13
All parts used were OEM BMW

Of course the car isn't perfect but overall a great car. Drives great, looks great and super reliable. Only a couple of minor dings outside, NO CRACKS on the dash, working odometer. If i were to keep the car there is a couple of things that I would address..

    -passenger side window
-when stuck in traffic temp goes up to a little under 3/4 ( I'm including a new thermostat)
-shifter bushing ( I'm including a shifter rebuild kit)
    -currently the a/c isn't working
    -driver side bolster
-paint on the hood has cracks but doesn't look horrible

My asking price is SOLD or best offer. I will include the following parts with the sale of the car, thermostat, shifter rebuild kit, head gasket kit. And if I get my asking price I will also include a set of mint original euro bumper, euro license plate filler, and OEM mudflaps. PM with any questions and thank you for taking time to read my ad.

If this was another 6 weeks out I'd be all over it. Getting bored with my daily Miata (I have a second one for the track), but I won't be listing it until the warm months start coming.

Clean looking car. When were the shocks changed last?

Great car. I'm partial to the 87 IS's. Good luck with the sale.

Cesar!! Why?? Lol. Damn bro, you will regret this.

Seen this car in person and it is pretty solid all around. No Rust E30 in this area is a huge plus given our area. Priced well, GLWS.

I picked up a s2000 a couple of weeks ago and now it's tough finding space for three cars.
