FS 1986 325e coupe with s52 motor swap - CAR SOLD

It's about that time, which I'm sure I'll regret. I'm selling my 1986 325e coupe with s52 swapped motor . Tons of goodies, below is a small list. Some background, I've owned the car for about 6 years now and bought it from a R3v member on here. I baby the car, never beat on it nor drive over 80. I don't daily the car since I work in the city, so it's only driven on the weekends or road trips.

The reason I'm selling is because I need to get a family car and the e30 isn't going to cut it. The car would be perfect for autocrossing and/or drifting.

Looking to get $7,500. Will also consider full and partial trades for an e90 or SUV. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Car
    PROS:
    - Black vinyl interior
    - H& R Sports springs
    - Billy sports struts
    - Custom Luke 12" subwoofer box (if you own and e30 and don't have one IDK what you're doing)
    - I also have installed a Severe Duty Skide Plate, no more worries about smashing the oil pan.
    - 13-button installed
    - I have an E46 center console, bc I need cupholders.
    - 3k miles ago i purchased the BluntTech complete front suspension kit
-Style 95 reps with some fresh tires, only 5 miles on the tires. Will provide pepboy receipt b/c the tires came with insurance
    - brand new UUC brake and clutch lines
    - Installed all brand new rear suspension bushings

    s52 motor
    - about 140k on the motor
    - OBD1 conversion
    - ZF tranny
    - s50 engine harness
    - rebuilt pink injectors from CAtuned
    - moshimoto radiator
    - M3 driveshaft
    - Brand new flywheel and clutch still
    - UUC derlin shifter bushings
    - new tranny brace
    - new shifter carrier
    - porsche brake booster
    - all brand new cooling hoses
    - new cam sensors
    - new o2 sensors
    - New knock senors
    - e34 throttle body with new throttle cable
    - e21 tranny mounts
    - e34 oil pan, dipstick and pickup
    - motor head was completely rebuilt with a complete valve adjustment job
    - New head gasket, car has been driven about 400 miles since motor was dropped in

    CONS:
    - I removed the carpet last summer to fix two holes in the floor and Por-45 the floor, but never installed it back b/c I wanted to throw down sound dampening
    - There still is some minor rust in the engine bay and rockers, which is easily fixed. Just waiting for funds to take the engine out and respray the whole car. I have photos of it on my FB.
    - The car has developed a steering rack leak, but I have an m3 rack which I will add with the sale thta I have not gotten around to install.
