Remove horn / airbag and use a 22mm socket.

^^^ nope, Mtech I & II the hub intergrated to the wheel. not like aftermarket the hub is separate from the wheel.

Sorry to hijack this any further but this is the first time I'm looking at the horn disassembled from the Mtech II steering wheel. Looks like you just pry it off the wheel?
