Call em, they have a lifetime warranty as long as you didnt do anything wrong. Or call the company that sold them to you.

It's really amazing the things you can find on the internet

Single Adjustable w/ knob (Examples incl. PSS9 and Motorsports) $125.00 each
Double Adjustable w/ reservoir $175.00 each
NOTE: All revalved shocks and struts are dynamometer performance checked. Additional parts and services that are not included in the normal scope of revalving will incur an additional charge (examples include shock rods, tubes and/or end loops and machine work). Development fees apply if it is necessary to meet specific valving targets.

Replace piston rod (Appropriate rebuild fee from above must be added) Non-adjustable (Standard in stock rod) Add $10 each
    Non-adjustable (Non-standard / Non-stocked rod) Add $10 ea. plus
    $45.00 per hour machining fee

Additional Services External snap ring grooves $10 each

I'm guessing that the factory installed bilstiens won't have a warrenty still?

Damnit, I wish I would have known that before I threw my set of M-Technic Bilstiens in the trash.

You can't just send in factory shocks and have them revalved for free. When he means revalving he is talking about making the shocks "stiffer," not just rebuilding them. That costs money no matter what. If you are the original purchaser of your shocks and you still have the receipt and one is blown, THEN they will fix it for you for free but they don't revalve it.

I was talking about the $65 revalve and rebuild per shock.. that's still cheaper than buying them new.

The stock M-tech Bilsteins aren't Bilstein Sports though, they don't have the inverted design.

I then retract my previous statement and am still glad to have chunked the bastids in the trash can.

Bilstein's east facility is in Mooresville? No shit. That's awesome.
