    the dashboard are always like that because they are leather. and since it's like a 18 year old car, the leather is worn out...

                                    UVs from the sun plus heat and cold take their tole on e30 dashes. The youngest e30 is sixteen years old now so it is no wonder why so many of them crack. 93 was the last year for the e30 Cab.


                                    Dashes are not covered in leather. I have changed a dash out and I am about to do another one and I'm pretty sure they're covered with some kind of vinyl veneer.
