1991 E30 BMW 318is Daily Driver For Sale!

I just bought a house and need to consolidate my funds, and since the e30 is basically a Daily Driver toy, it must go :( Ive always used Synthetic oil, and 93 octane gas in it. On to the details:

130k miles, Alpineweiss in Superb cosmetic condition. 5spd, Hand Crank Sunroof, no rust AT ALL. Paint is in superb condition for its age, and interior is almost spotless. The Front air dam is intact :) The PO was a smoker so there are a couple of cigarette burns, but they are not very apparent.

Professionally Done Steering Rack conversion performed by BMW race shop Road Race Technologies in Dulles, VA. Steering Rack is from a Z3 with the 2.7 Lock to Lock Ratio. PS Pump, reservoir, and most hoses were replaced. Upper and Lower oil pan gaskets were replaced as well.

Bilstein Yellow's with HR Springs (PO installed them)
Brand New Control Arms with New E30 M3 OFFSET Poly Bushings
Euro Smilies with HID's with US High Beams.
New Thermostat
Relatively new Radiator (<30k miles)
Relatively New Clutch (<30k miles)
Brand Spanking New Yoko Avid H4S Tires (less than 2000 miles on them)
TMS Chip
Brand New 4 Tip Plugs, Wires, and valve cover gasket
Alpine Flip Face CD/MP3/Ipod Player with HD Radio
Lighted Shift knob from an M5
New Dynomax Super Turbo Muffler

SS Brake Lines that I never got around to installing will also come with the car.

What it needs:
There is a very minor oil leak, like a drop a day. When I did the rack conversion, there was one PS line that I didnt replace. Sure enough there is a very small leak with that. And lastly, the AC needs to be recharged.

Optional Things that I would have liked to do had I kept the car:
New Brake Pads. The current ones are crappy lifetime pads from Meineke or something. They feel like crap, but do the job. Same with the rotors. If the buyer purchases the rotors and pads, I will install them with the SS lines for you.
The embroidered floor mats from Bav Auto
Put the roof mount antenna from a Z3 and lose the power antenna.

Yes have the center caps. Flywheel was not done.

Dude, your car and mine could be clones. I hope you get the asking price, I have the same car minus the sunroof with 94k on it. Good luck with the sale! I also just bought a house and am trying to shift the wifes e90 for an e39 touring and no payments.
