    FS: NJ 87' 325 w/s50 swap

Up for sale is my 1987 325 with a s50 engine swap. Its running the zf transmission with a UUC lightweight flywheel and new clutch. Just installed a 2.93 rear gear so its ok to drive on the highway. The car also has the euro air flow meter, 21lbs injectors, and a Jim Conforti chip. The motor has 123400 miles on it and needs nothing and does the rest of the car. As you see the car has manual windows installed but I will put the electric tracks back in when I sell. (it is a power window car, I just swapped in the manual ones) The car has Borbet wheels and good tires. Up to date NJ inspection for you local guys. And to make myself clear... I did not do this particular swap. This is a car I bought done because I wanted another swapped e30 to drive! The swap was done by a VERY reputable BMW shop that has done several swaps. The only thing I have done to the car is put on factory side mirrors bought from a guy here on r3v. The car came with some fake e36 m3 mirrors. As you see the car is clean, like all of my cars, so anyone is welcome to come out and take a look for yourself. The car is located in Mount Holly, NJ 08060 parked next to my 86' Mtech1 325i. Price is 6700. Thanks for your time again, Christian.

Has it ever been on the dyno? Hows it feel power wise?

Is that a stock radiator? The dummy guage has it running a bit hot, are you not running a fan at all?

Once again, just like the mtech1 car, this is an outright steal.

Its a 318 radiator. The temp always stays in the middle of the gauge, unless you end up sitting in traffic for 15 minutes and it will go to 3/4. It could use a electric fan set-up to help out. Power wise? This thing rips!! Never on a dyno. I have shocked a lot of people with this car, wich makes it very fun to drive.

I suppose the AC isn't working like most swaps?

A few more questions. Any rust? Any major issues? Is the entire AC system stripped? Is the 2.93 a LSD? What is the actual color of the car? It looks blue or purple, depending on the shot.

The a/c needs 2 lines and a charge to work. The rest of the a/c system is still in place. Rust? There is a small area about the size of a dime on the lip of the right rear wheel well. There is also a small bubble about a inch or two from that area. I will get some pics of it. Any major issues? No. Like I said I bought the car done from a shop who took care of everything. I wanted a nice e30 with a swap for a dd. The car even has a nice head unit with some good sounding upgraded speakers. Its a nice car to daily, thats why I bought it. The car was repainted and the color was changed a bit. Its supposed to be a dark blue but it looks like that purple color that came on the e36 m3's? I will find out if the diff is a lsd.

Ok. Good info. I am interested. Let me see if I can get a hold of a friend of mine that lives in Pa to see if he would be willing to go take a look at it for me. I'll let you know what he says. Thanks for the quick reply.

Where does your friend live? I work in Langhorne, PA on route 1 if that helps out at all. Could be a easy meet?

He works/lives in Quakertown. PM me what days would work well for you and I will get a hold of him. He said he would be willing to make a trip after work.
