(SoCal, or around there) WTB e30 with straight body

I'm looking for a project car, all i care about is that the interior isn't totally thrashed (dash can have cracks, seat can be ripped some, not a big deal).
Also dont' care if the engine runs or not. Preferably I'd like a car with a blown engine so i don't have to pay as much. Like i said, i'm looking for a project car to rebuild.

Is anyone selling anything like this?

I have a pretty nice car FS that really isn't a project unless you are wanting to ditch the M42 for an S52 or something like that. AFAIK all E30s are project cars!!
