yes it is legal it a bone stock swap. I dont have to smog my cars so it hasnt been to referee. But Ill smog it if the buyer wants.

I have a super clean e36 (325I) that I would trade on this for sure. To bad your on a coast and I can't find time for anything let alone a road trip.

Trade? I could pick up an E34 92-94 5 speed for like 2500 easily in decent shape possibly even a 535i. If you are serious I will, let me know what options. Your car is worth more.
