dont know if i am selling or not, just want to gauge interest.
99% stock, no front lip or rear spoiler. sport seats, unknown lsd, i believe it has m3 springs or the stockers are saggin pretty good. should be rebushed with fresh suspension. interior was smoked in for a time, 3 or 4 minor rust spots(largest is 2"x2" or less), some rot on sunroof panel. Motor runs great, but a little warm( just a tick under 3/4), not overheating and havent heard the aux cooling fan kick on, ever. No leaks, not burning oil, exhaust needs a hanger. Nearly new Bridgestone Insignia 195/65/14 on baskets, borbets are on my vw.
Starts, runs, rides and stops really well, have lots of maintenance records back to 2000. OBC avg 21.5 mpg, 75% of drivin is in town (35-40 mph, most of it 3rd @ 28-3400 revs)
Lets start @ $3000/ best offer. Only trade would be mk2/3 gti 5sp of similar value.
