That's a negative. He found one closer to home It is still for sale. The longer it stays, the angrier the wife gets and the less sex I have. Not only could you be getting a great ride, I could be getting one too.

I'm sorta in the market. Don't know what way to go. Expensive low milage, or cheeper high milage.

I've had both and the ones with the lowest miles seemed to always have problems, probably because they weren't driven enough. After 3 experiences with low mile lemons, I decided to look at how well the car was cared for and stopped worrying about mileage.

Well the 330 you test drove the other day is probably gonna be on the CPO lot at Hendrick... Unless someone buys it for 25K in about 24-48 hours....

They have an 09 335 on the lot that I will be leasing for less than the payments on my 06 330. M-tech car too.

              Wanna buy a 330? lol

Would you be interested in a trade at all or just out right sales?

The only other car I would consider at this point would be a Subaru Impreza Outback sport or something more utility like that. But honestly, I have too many cars, so unless it was awesome, probably not.

                      Herbivor,

                      I understand. I've got a 1997 318Ti sport. http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/reader-rides/852/

Good luck with the sale! It's a beautiful car, wish I had the money!

Not 100% sure but I think around the timing chain case. The M42 is notorious for leaking oil. There are several gaskets at the front of the engine, non of which are life threatening to the engine if they leak a little oil, provided of course you keep it topped off. My other 318 leaks as well.

The oil filter housing also leaks on occasion. Not a big deal.

I really wish you would trade for my Ti! That is one beautiful E30.

Thanks, but I hear the Ti handles even better than an E30. Maybe you should keep it. I personally am not a big fan of the styling though. I'll stick with E30s probably 4ever, or until Tesla roadsters become less than $20K.

The Ti does handle very well. I've been beating up on the Civics in SCCA ST solo this year.
So much fun, I've just fallen in love with the E30's and the e30 318is is just making me drool.
