My daily driver, a schwarz 88 325. Much has been done.
I'm still on the fence about selling it, so If i don't get what I ask for it, I won't sell it. it came to me as a bare shell with nothing you would want on an e30.
m20b25 Motor has about 195k miles with a cyl head job/new head gasket at 180k, ODO says 201k, and chassis has somewhere around 260k according to carfax.

DMS Megasquirt (ms1-e) Plug'N'Play Engine Management System
tuned for 91 octane
Removed AFM
Custom 3 inch "CAI"
5 speed swap
'I' cluster swapped in
short shift kit
black IS leather interior (6.5/10)
grey carpet swapped in
crack-free dash swapped in
13 button OBC retrofit
Plastic Bumper Converted
red rear turns, polyurethane clearcoated
good condition 3.73 LSD Swapped in
PO installed crappy eibach lowering springs
other notes/thoughts:
A/C Blows somewhat cold (45-50 deg F, freeze 12)
No AUX fan
econometer doesn't work since Megasquirt is installed
car was in a small front end sometime ago and was repaired with OE painted fenders, hood, and bumper. car tracks straight no problem, no issues even up to 120mph
gay sealed beam headlights
the lip is broken in many places
the valence needs work
13 button obc has no light
someone keyed the pass. door
regularly maintained every 5,000 miles
just did new timing belt/water pump
valve job done recently
painted valve cover
CABs need replacing
Fan clutch is going
body is 8/10
Car runs fantastically. It gets decently good gas mileage - 19city/24hwy. I was driving it every day for the last 6 months. I have too many projects, so I gotta sell this one.

Update:
The condition of the interior is ~6.5-7/10. It originally had beige everything, but I swapped grey carpet and black seats in, including the dash. The dashboard and the carpet are both perfect, it's just the front seats are in just meh condition. Just recently the leather split on the driver's upper left bolster, and the leather on both seats are not in the best condition. The driver seat does not move forward using the rear access latches because the inside cables broke. My guess is the seat's PO/s didn't really care about the car. Other than that its fine.
