Up for grab is 1988 325is with m3 cam fitted m50 with new headers and m3 shifter.
I bought this car back in February from a forum member who built this car on his own. I bought this as my project e30 but now I have to let it go since I am moving to overseas.
History and the Motor
Body has 132XXX and according to the previous owner m50 had 83k miles when he did the swap back in 2008. M50 is out of 1995 525i.
This car has fresh headgasket, M3 camshafts, full headers to stock exhaust, brand new control arms and bushings, 95 M3 Shifter, new water pump and thermostat.
When I first bought the car it wasn't 100% completed. It had 2 oil leaks
1. Power steering oil leak
2. Transmission oil
and tranny mounts were not in a good shape. Also, it required a new heater core. All those issues were addressed and now the car is a "well oiled" machine.
There is a minor fix still requires. The car will require probably an aftermarket fan (at the moment I am using the stock aux one as a full time fan).
Interior
I would say 7 out of 10.
Driver's seat leather has cracks, holes, splits..ect
Pass. seat leather is good
Rear seat is good

Exterior
When I purchased this car, it came with nasty patches on all over the hood, roof, and trunk lid. I guess someone put break oil on the car. Those patches are still there
There is a rusted line about 3-4 inches on pass. side rear, right above the wheel arch (see pic)
There are few (about 3) small bubbles on the driver's side rear wheel arch (see pic)
Body is straight.

Car is located in NJ 08830.
