some updated info.
Just found out that the drivers fender is not the original but is orig BMW OEM replacement. drivers fender and door have been resprayed at some point in its life. Paint all matches, just slightly newer looking on those two panels Also, I forgot to mention that the heater core and firewall sound deadening have been removed. Blower cover in engine bay sprayed to match.
Also, if someone is looking for a project car, I would be willing to trade for something that is running instead of selling outright.
Obviously the car isn't as perfect as I thought, but I am being honest and giving full disclosure. Price is negotiable. I would like to post my bottom offer, but everyone always tries to offer less even when you say "its lowest I can go" or "firm"Comment

i got to hear it run at the yard before it was pulled. i sat in the car, let it heat up revd it, brought it to redline a couple times, held it at various rpms, and it was all good minus a very loud squeaky alternator pulley. couldnt drive it. Had no wheels or brakes on the rear.
since then, the head was redone because why not, new cam and obviously all gaskets, (have invoice and receipts).Comment

Due to my current car, I really have a thing for red E30s, so any better pics of exterior or no? What happened to the original engine and trans? Was it auto or manual trans?
If it really is clean and rust free, clean interior, feel free to PM me your low end price and if I'm interested I'll take it, if not I won't. Either way I won't low-ball you. I hate low-ballers too. I will tell you up front, though, I wouldn't pay $3000 for an E30 that not only doesn't run, but doesn't have an engine or trans.Comment
