Out of curiousity, any idea why the s54 from the Mcoupe is rated at 315hp as opposed to the m3's 333hp? Also strange that they wouldn't have dropped in the 6spd tranny.

i think it has to do with the exhaust setup.

^ Same motor (S54) but detuned. With a simple download and an exhaust it brings it to 330hp no problem. Its a lot of car for the money. Thats why it holds its value than the E46 M3.
