Broke timing belt!? Too late for $4500 clams bro!!!! Great car with nice potential, but there is too much other (e30 euro) stuff on the market. I would start getting comfortable with $2500 if you can find a wrencher.

1985 325e TC Baur For Sale in Oregon
My 1985 325e TC Baur is finally up for sale. The car is in overall good condition, but has some dents and a few scratches from being on the road for over 20 years. I drove the car over 900 miles from Southern California to Bend Oregon last month without a problem, and got about 27mpg. I have changed some things on the car such as a 3.25 LSD, and a turner motorsport chip, but i have kept all the original parts (lights included). All of the europarts are still on the car. I'm asking $3900 OBO. Im only selling because im getting a motorcycle. I'm more than happy to show the car, but only if your interested in buying it.
