    FS: 1999 M3 Dakar/black 85k miles $13.5k ...

As much as I'd like to keep it, it makes all sense financially to sell this car. Going back for my Master's soon, moving to a new place, and still paying off some school debt don't mix too well with wanting to modify and take care of this car.

Also, I need a car I don't care too much for in general and for winter... I took the bus all of last winter while garaging the M3 because I simply refused to drive it. I also need to get back on a bike as the itch is just too much for the M3 to scratch. I'm losing money on it and I HATE to see it go, but after considering that I'll have a car parked outside that I don't care gets bumped by peoples' horrible parking, a bike that I can enjoy daily and an M3 going to someone who can treat it well and not break the bank I figured it's for the best.

It's not a "must sell" obviously so I won't consider lowball offers but I'm a bit flexible and would like to sell asap.

    That said...

-1999 BMW M3 (very very stock and very very clean)
    -VIN#: WBSBG9338XEY82961
-Manual 5 speed with 85000 miles
-Dakar with black leather. Paint is 9 of 10 with a small paint chip here and there in front and some swirl marks since I haven't had a chance to polish it yet. Leather is 9+ of 10 as it has no tears, scratches, stains, etc. just some very light creases, mostly in the driver's seat side.

-ASA AR1 wheels with Falkens (tires are about 70%+ and wheels are in good shape... rear wheels have some spots of clear coat failure on the lips but it's not horrible and can be sanded quickly and re-cleared for cheap)
-'Homemade' short intake with heat shield (metal pipe from old Cosmos intake with AEM Dryflow filter)
-DJ Auto headlights with 55w 6000K HID kit from DDM ($150)
-Alpine CD player with detachable face and ipod/iphone cable (cable comes out from under the middle console) ($150)
    -Black plastic kidney grille covers
    -Illuminated shift knob
-45% window tint all around (except windshield)
-recently aligned by Anthony at A&L
    -front fold-down license plate holder
    -smoked stock/orange lenses all around

I am the third owner and the first two treated the car very well. It was always garaged, not driven in winter, maintained regularly and has fairly low miles. Oil has been changed every 6k miles, filter every 3k miles, new diff and tranny fluids (Royal Purple), comes with leather bra for the front as well as a few maintenance items (cooling system stuff). New OE brake pads will be installed very soon along with some cooling stuff (all but radiator and water pump). I might be forgetting something so feel free to ask.

Asking $13,500. Negotiable but no lowballers

-I can sell without CD player (put in stock radio) and without the DJ Autos.. subtract prices listed above.

As a seller, I'm expected to say this, but honestly, the car is in perfect condition. No accidents, not even any slight repairs/repaints of body panels (I can email photos of each body panel with original VIN) and overall great shape as see in the photos. Previous 2 owners averaged 72-7300/year and garaged the car 24/7. I bought it after searching for 5-6 months for the perfect M3 and drove 4 hrs to get it in Lansing Michigan. I did park on the street 2-3 days/week but away from everyone and garaged it during the winter (November-April). Unfortunately it did get a little damage from Chicago street parking but nothing even worth writing about... there is one spot that's smaller than a dime where paint was chipped on the back bumper so it's black (against yellow it made me feel like crap when I first saw it haha) and my dad pulled it out of the garage the other day to clean, parked it just anywhere on the street (he doesn't give a crap as much) and I received a nice neighborly license plate bolt indentation... it didn't remove the paint and it's not deep (not the whole bolt outline is on there... maybe half or quarter) but it's there.

Other than that, a few tiny rock chips here and there on the front of the car is the worst thing regarding the paint. Mechanically it runs perfectly fine, suspension is very solid due to previous owners babying it and me as well for the past year.

So again, as the previous buyer as well as seller of this car it really is pretty much perfect or as perfect as it can get I guess, which is why I bought it originally. Finances suck now and I have school loans to pay off so while I really want to keep the car and just pay crap off little by little, paycheck to paycheck, I want to make a 'grownup' decision and use this money for that...
