Up for sale is my 87 325I. I bought it off of a forum member back in 6/8/2009. Ok the following is the good and the bad. The car is a solid daily driver or it has the potential to be a track rat. I have receipts for pretty much all major work done. I'm asking $1,600 OBO If you feel the price is high then make a fair offer. Just PM me. Thanks
THE GOOD:
1)motor swapped 7/22/08 w/ 243793 on the odo. According to the previous owner new motor had around 90k when swapped. I take BART to work so, the motor has probably 101k +/-
2) new catylic converter installed 6/9/09
3) new battery on 8/8/09
4) new kragen alternator 8/8/09 (it was the damn battery)
5) new tie rods and e30 Cabs 6/9/2009
6) 15x7.5 Kosei K1 rims
7) oil change done 9/1/09
I also have receipts from previous owner for paint job done to the front late model swap, plate filler & stereo.
THE BAD:
1) you will need a new fan clutch...it works fine while driving not too good in gridlock traffic. Maked lots of noise...too.
2) you will need new front rotors in the next 10k
3) you will need new rear tires. Fronts have about 70% left.
4) you will need an alignment.
5) Paint job is a 4 out of 10
6) drivers seat is torn pretty bad
7) 3 long ass cracks on dash
The odometer stopped working at 253354mi. 8/8/09
