Up for sale is my 1991 318is. It is currently sitting and has not been turned on since feb. In feb my car was hit by a minivan that lost control in the snow, the driver hit my rear quarter and sent me sliding into a high curb. I think the rear sway bar is bent causing my right rear wheel to sit at about a 45 degree angle. I had plans to fix the car back up. School payments and work however have left me without time or money.
The Good:
Seats are in excellent condition (no rips) just 3 or 4 small cracks
Dash is in excellent condition (no cracks)
Paint is still pretty good
Sunroof does not leak
Engine had a tune up and replacement of all wear items before accident
Locks work great
Fairly new exhaust and cat
The Bad:
The usual e30 rust spots
Trunk button sticks a little
Needs 1 basket weave (original was cracked in accident)
Some dents front fenders
Obvious accident related issues

As I said, it has been sitting so its a little dusty. Here it is all cleaned up last summer.
