WTB e30 (manual is a must)

Looking to get another e30 again, time to downgrade from the e39. My price range is about 2 to 3k but something under that is always good too. I may also consider a manual e34. what the car must have:

    Solid motor
    Manual transmission
    No Rust (or very little)
I would prefer a plastic bumper model
    Solid maintenance history, records please.
Tasteful upgrades and mods are fine.
I would prefer something close to Ohio!!
I would prefer a 2dr or vert over 4drs also

I know this is pretty broad, but just let me know what you have.

I have an 89 325iS. White on tan, plain comfort seats (looking for good recaros) lots if fresh parts, suspension is all new/ upgraded. Wheels and tires new, Chipped/ MAF conversion, ported intake, magnaflow catback. Needs a windshield, still has OEM, I'll put in a new one for the next owner. No rust, now interest selling here a few months ago so its about to get an S52. What's your budget?
