    Feeler: Automatic 1989 Bronzit 325i-2, 151K miles

I am going to be selling an automatic 1989 Bronzit 325-2 in a couple weeks. I'm putting out a feeler now, so that people can get their ducks in a row. You could be assaulting the skreetz with this Bronzit when the weather gets warmer!

Disclaimer: I am not responsible for the injuries you sustain from the women's undergarments that will undoubtedly be raining from the heavens and across your windshield, causing you to lose control of the car.

    SOLDSOLDSOLD

    The bad:
The clearcoat is failing. It has not started peeling, but it has started checking / crazing. There's a scratch on the front of the car that it came with. No idea how it got there. I can remove the scratch and protect it with some POR-15 or something, but it won't look great.

It's an auto teehee </3 ~~ -_- '. But it shifts smoothly and quietly.

Occasionally, there's a long crank to start the car. I haven't tried replacing the relays to see if that helps, since the problem is difficult to reproduce. I have 2 new relays to try that theory out. It is rare and depends upon the phases of the moon. The C191 is in good shape. It is not corroded, and I greased the contacts with dielectric grease.

The shocks are old and tired.

    The good:
The interior is in mint shape. I swapped the interior mostly to black vinyl sport. The front sport seats, rear seats, and door cards are black vinyl. The speaker kick panels are still tan. The dash is uncracked, the shift console is uncracked, and the e-brake console is also uncracked.

The waterpump, timing belt, and timing belt tensioner were replaced around 2 months ago at 149100 miles. The distributor cap, air filter, fuel filter, and oil were changed a few hundred miles later. The engine runs strongly and smoothly. The radiator was replaced at some point in this car's life. It is a Nissens.

The car has new Bosch MicroEdge wiper blades.

This car originated from Maine. It, however, does not have the usual rust near the battery box, behind the front fenders, in the rear wheelwells, etc. I know what E30s to stay away from. I bought this one because I knew it was a great platform to start with.

The front valance is in great shape. The brake ducting is intact, as is the 6-button OBC temperature sensor. The belly splash pan is present. The cabin blower motor works on all 4 speeds, wipers work great on intermittent, slow, and fast. The fog lights work. The rear defroster does not work.

This car will come with either a set of 14" weaves with nearly new Dunlop SP60 all season tires or 14" bottlecaps with nearly new Kumho KW19 snow tires. Your choice.

    The pictures:
I don't have any really good pictures right now, but here's one that I took a month ago. I replaced the driver's side foglight, which is cracked in the below picture. Both fogs are now uncracked glass in good condition.
