Maybe add any maintenance history you have. Water pump, timing belt, brakes, and condition of lower ball joints. Since they are different than a RWD E30 and the part cost more (have to replace the whole lower control arm of course).
Anything that doesn't work or may need TLC. i.e.; OBC, AC, transfer case , ever replace NiCads in instrument cluster, etc....

Just selling, right? Not interested in trades?

      Not really interested in trades.

I haven't done any maintenance on the car myself. The timing belt and water pump need to be replaced and I believe the oil pan gasket is leaking also. I did replace the lower ball joint on the drivers side front and I have the other 3 ball joints to go with the car, all 4 are Lemforder. I bought this car about two years ago as a project with the intention of making it my daily driver. It sat for a year and a half till my truck broke down and so I replaced the ball joint the beginning of winter and started driving it. I have put maybe 500 miles on it since I bought it. I now have a job that doesn't allow much time for projects and I have a new baby in the house so the car must go.

So you just have the ball joints and they are not pressed into a control arm?
For the trouble of removing the old ball joints and pressing in new ones it may be less costly to purchase new control arms with the ball joints already in them. And don't forget replacing the bushings.

IIRC RWD lower control arms are around $125 each and the AWD (IX) are $250 each.

Be careful about the timing belt, if that goes your pistons will hammer your valves.
        GLWS
Though it's worth it to have those things fixed first, since it will sell faster.

yeah I'm aware of all that. Already have the ball joints tho and I do not have time to make the repairs, so...
