    FS- 1989 325i Sedan - Houston TX - 4K

Ok, I am finally selling her. It has been a wonderful 2 yrs with the car, but I need to sell. Looking at other things in life. I am not too much in a rush to sell, so I am not looking into low ball offers at the moment. I have put a decent about of money into the car and just trying to get a percentage of it back. Well here are the major mods/maintenance list. I also have 95% of all the paper work done to the car. I take very good care of all of my cars in maintenance, garaging, washing, etc so you will get a good looking and reliable ride if you buy from me.

    History Before Me
I bought if from a mechanic in Nebraska that bought it from someone who thru a t-belt. He rebuilt the head and sold it to me. So the head has about 27k, and the bottom end has about 152k on it. It was completely factory when I drove her home. So the car has 152k on her as of now.

    Exterior
7.5 out of 10. It has a few cosmetic rust in the lower sheet metal of both of the front doors and alittle in the rear bumper by the rear toe loop. Underneath, the car is flawless. The trunk lid has some holes that were drilled for I am guessing a spoiler was mounted from one of the idiotic previous owners. I have it filled up with some white plastic caps (it doesn't look too bad, but would have liked to get it fixed). Paint is descent, still the factory 21 yr old paint, so what you expect...better then most I would say. It sits on factory baskets with falken rt615s (brand new in the front). Rears have about 3 to 5k left in em.

    Interior
8.5 out of 10. The interior is in very good shape. Vinyl comfort seats look fantastic, for there is small flaw in the driver seat (looks like a cigarette burn) The plastics and dash look very good as well. The dash has a small crack the passenger side, but you can't see it unless you look close. Carpet is clean. New Kenwoood CD/AUX Player and a Analog Clock swap for the time. Its a pretty simple but good looking interior. I had the Mech-II Steering Wheel in there but sold it not long ago.

Ok, now it's time for the list...

    Suspension, Brakes, & Tires
    - Billy Sports paired with FK 60/40mm Springs
    - ST Swaybars with Urthane bushings
    - New OEM front swaybar linkages
    - BavAuto Poly CABs
    - e36 Steering Rack Swap w/ OEM new tie-rods
    - OEM Rear subframe bushings
    - Brembo rotors paired with Axis Ultimate pads (stops on a damn dime)
    - IE rear shock mounts
    - OEM front shock mounts
    - Falken 195/60/14 RT-615 Anezis tires (very nice tires)
    - New spare tire, never know :)

    Exterior, Interior Goodies
    - DDM HID 55w Kit for the low beams
    - Euro Grills, Euro Rear Plate Filler, and plates
    - replace the the shift, and ebrake boots withe nice leather ones
    - DDM shift knob...ehhh..its ok
    - Analog Clock swap
    - Kenwood CD player

    Maintenance Items, and such
    - New water pump, t-sat, and coolant flush
    - Mistimoto Aluminum Radiator
    - New drive belts
    - new t-belt from previous owner (27k on it)
    - Bosche Copper Sparks
    - Redline Fuild in the tranny and rear diff
    - All new belts
    - Reconditioned Denso AC compressor converted into R134a
    - Recondition Driveshaft with new guibo and CSB
    - Exhaust Manifold Gasket
    - Fresh alignment and oil change
    - Misc other items...

    Things it needs
    - Fan clutch (have it, never installed) - starts getting hot after sitting in TX traffic for awhile.
    - Valve adjustment, starting to tick alittle louder
    - Has produced a funky idle. I adjust the throttle screw but creeps up the idle after driving. Car drives fine other than that.

The car is a wonderful daily if you like driving low. It has plenty of power and handles amazingly. The combo of the suspension, rack swap, tires, and sways really keep the car flat. It does have a factory 3.73 limited slip in the rear which makes it alittle fun. It has some great potential with out too much cost since I did most of the leg work and cash spending.

I am starting the the price at $4000. I am fairly firm at this price now. PM, post, call, or email me for further questions.

New photos coming soon. Waiting for a good day to wash the bastard. Here is a link to some pics I took over last summer. Not much has change since...just the wheels, steering wheel, and changed the grill back to the chrome one.

If interested, I have a full excel file of all the mods/maint done to the car. I can email among request.
