***** Sorry for non E30 content !!! *****
Up for sale the perfect stress & worry free daily driver.
yeah it is not sexy. yeah it is not flashy - but it is cheap
to insure, service and you will not have to wrench on it.
Drive this and save money and time to invest in your project / show / race car.
I guess not much has to be said about this, i added plenty of pics so
you can get a picture of what it looks like. It comes with a clean carfax and
service records to verify the ultra low mileage.
The only things worth mentioning in case you cannot see it in the pics is a dime size dent
in the passenger front door where a branch fell on the car, other than that it has a few
scratches, dents and dings from everyday use but was driven by militant non smokers all its life
and always parked in the garage during my ownership.
I took the pics 3-17 on my way home from work real quick and did not spend much time on cleaning and detailing,
but rest assured this is not a car you get in and wonder if all the previous owners drove the car naked ;-)
("what is that smell ?")
So before I spend more time making excuses why I did not spend a saturday detailing & washing, waxing and polishing it for the pics
(that is what project / show / race cars are for) here is some of the most recent items that were done:
2-22-2010 43260 miles replaced license plate light bulb, clean bulbholder conatcts
change engine oil and filter
check tire pressure etc. $55 MOTORKARS Inc.
11-13-2009 replaced window seal (part # 1J4-837-432-A-B41) $217
12- 7-2009 replaced double wall flex pipe $220
1-27-2009 39695 miles replaced tooth belt, tensioner, water pump, washer, thermostat & coolant
also welded exhaust hanger and flushed brake fluid $1240.71 @Ed schmidt VW
12-29-2008 39519 miles 4 Firestone Affinity Touring 195/65R15 89T 70k mile warranty
lifetime alignment service (this alone cost $150)
roadhazard protection $519 Firestone Complete Auto care
if you have any questions or would like to see any other pics, just shoot me an email.
I know what KBB says, however with the low miles and the mechanical condition
(already has the updated water pump etc.) of this vehicle I would
like to think it commands a tad more than the KBB "good" price and would ask
$6750 obo for this prime example of a stress free daily driver.
