    FS: Audi Coupe GT (Not Quattro) (PNW) - $2000 OBO

    '83 Audi Coupe GT, 2.2l NA 5-cylinder, 5-speed manual, FWD

    Rebuilt motor from an '85 Audi was put in at 250k miles, car has 380k on miles on the chassis. Everything else is all original.

    The good -

    * Runs great
    * Peppy little motor
    * Transmission shifts properly
    * Synchros are all good
    * Body is straight
    * No visible rust
    * Hella H4 headlight conversion
    * New spark plugs
    * New plug wires
    * New cap & rotor
    * Both power windows work
    * No interior leaks
    * Mechanically sound
    * New rubber gas pedal/linkage bushing
    * Wheels are all in good condition
    * Still surprisingly quiet inside for such an old car

    The bad

    * Needs new oil pressure switch ($10)
    * Needs passenger side window switch (works intermittently, might just need cleaning)
    * Stereo not installed (will include head unit and infinity kappa 3.5" speakers)
    * Needs new tires
    * Sunroof needs one new plastic clip (still removable and tiltable, just needs help when tilting close)

    Overall its a 27 year old car that still runs well and a blast to drive. Great for a little commuter or project car that requires very little maintenance to keep running. Great alternative to Golf, Jetta, Scirocco, GTI.

    Price is $2000 OBO

      Looks clean. For the price, I wish I was in the PNW, I'd pick it up for sure.

        James Crivellone actually fixed the headlight wiring and refurbished the cluster.

        You can do a 10v turbo swap for fairly cheap. However, times are changing and I'm getting married and buying a house so no room or time for project cars!

                Just think of it as the anti-E30, FWD with rectangular lights and a 5-cyl :D

                  I love these. I would definitely take a look if I was in the area.

                    Stupid thing has been mocking me. It's parked out front at my town house complex. So I've been randomly driving it everyday. It teases me with its sexy 5-cyl exhaust note, nimbleness, peppy power, gah. Someone buy it so I don't start spending money on it! :9
