My buddy has a white 325i coupe with a fresh m20 and a 5 speed for sale. It's being overhauled at Castro's in North Hollywood. The old owner ran the motor dry and killed it so a fresh one went in and a bunch of other work was done to bring it up to speed. He could easily convert it to an IS for a few more bucks if you wanted an LSD, stiffer springs, etc... Call Chris at: 818 310 2497 for details. Tell him Kato sent ya...
