So due to career advances,
I am left with no time to tinker on my e30.
So I am considering selling my baby....
This is a feeler ad and will just have two pics of the car to get started but I am off on Thursday and will wash/wax her and take a complete photo set...
The car, 89 Cab, a version of LachsSilber, car has been repainted by the PO and the paint shines great but I don't think it is true LachsSilber as it has a little more bronze to it...
I personally think it is the new Silver/Grey because I parked next to a 2004 330 and the color matched perfectly...I love the color on this car...
So Silver/grey over balck leather mit 5 speed.
anyway,
Since buying the car 15 mos ago, which I bought it from a guy who had blown the timing belt and was having to sell the car to repay the mechanic for the rebuilt head and TB and work related to it. So the head only has about 10K miles on it. The car runs great, looks great and comes with a hardtop.
The interior is Black leather with heated seats, the Passenger side works,
the driver's side has a broken wire underneathe the seat and I haven't got around to fixing it yet, in FLa, those aren't a priority...
New parts since buying:
Plugs
Wires
Cap
Rotor
All intake hoses
both control arms, Lemford
M3 Offset Cabs
Plastice Bumper Swap
New Rear License plate filler
New Euro Grills
New Mats
Rear HeadRests
Zender Challenge 15x7 et15 with Toyo Proxes 4's
New cluster mit 75K, red needles and chrome rings
Not installed yet:
my plan was to make it into a 335ic,
so I have an E30 M3 5 lug suspension with the upgrades/reinforcements welded in already including cross-bracing/ reinforcing on the rear TA's...
comes with new front hubs as well, need new bearings in the rear, hadn't got those yet
E30 F &R calipers and carriers
E30 M3 rear subframe
also have E30M3 driveshaft
in addition, I have BNIB Spax Cab springs or Eibach fronts and you can run the stock rears
I have a 115k mile B35 motor out of an automatic 635is complete with all new hoses and newer radiator, harness and 179 ECU all out of the same car which I helped pull, the car was well care for by an enthusiasts and I have all the service files for the car...
FWIW, I have an S38B38 crank and rods set too but ....
For me to be able to let it go, I would have to have the car and the suspension sold so here is what I am thinking...
$4k for the car, more details to come...
$1600 for the suspension set up
$700 for the motor setup
Here's two pics of the car, bad lighting I know and it needs to be washed...
