Im looking to sell my swapped 89 325i. basically everything on this car has been gone through in the past year ive owned it. It started life as a 325i, but everything has been swapped out to IS specs, differential, premium sound, seats, obc.
Here is a quick rundown of things I have done to the car in the past year.
Suspension/driveline/engine
- New oem suspension bushes, all of them front and rear.
- New billy sports and eibach sport springs
- Rebuilt axles
- 3.25 LSD differential, redline fluid
- OBD1 converted m52 with new seals
- S50 cams
- m52 bottom end was rebuilt within last 5k miles new rings/bearings
- m50 head rebuilt within last 5k miles
- Resealed the transmission
- New m20 clutch/pressure plate
- Miller W.A.R. chip
- New brakes all around rotors/pads/rebuilt calipers
- New front wheel bearings.
- Euro S50 oil cooler housing with m20 oil cooler in stock location.
Interior/sound
- e30 m3 black leather rear seats
- e21 Recaros up front
- PPI 5.25 components up front
- premium sound rear speakers
- 13 button OBC
- alpine cda-7840 lights up amber to match the dash
- elemental designs 4 channel amp
- elemental designs 8'' sub
- e36 window switches
- 400w power inverter in glovebox
- wide band o2 sensor and gauge
- Black interior door cards
Exterior
- US 'spec' ellips
- High beams smoked with X-hairs
- Low beams smoked with retrofitted valeo projectors
- e28 mtech rear spoiler
- volvo front lip
- BBS RS001's with flat caps
- Can work something out with different set of wheels
- Manual sunroof
This car needs nothing that i can think of. Maybe if your a stickler, swap out the volvo lip for a IS lip, and the dash has a couple hairline cracks that started forming this winter. I have gone though the whole car, front to back, bottom to top. It looks great, has its fair share of minor dents on it from the past 21 years, but paint looks great for its age.
Ive got no problem delivering this car personally to almost anywhere in the US, with a fee for mileage that can be arranged. I will drive this car anywhere and take a plane home, it has been super reliable.
