W in so cal: CHEAP beater, any: e21, e28, or M10 powered e30

I'm trying to keep my eyes peeled for a CHEAP car, preferably running but easy fixers ok, manual trans cars vastly preferred:

Any e21 or e28, (any engine) or any unwanted M10-equipped e30.

Must be title-able and register-able unless you want to sell to me for less-than junkyard price. ;)
