Seriously get it running and do a wash/wax/interior vacuum. Also might not be in your best interest to have a puddle/stain under the car when your taking pictures.

K I'll think about giving the car a wash, and re-shooting the pictures.

I do not think I will be fixing the car before selling it unless it proves impossible to sell it in its current state.

I am negotiable... and there are a lot of pricey items on this pile.
