    Las Vegas: 1989 325i

Alright guys, the time has come for me to leave. Not many know me here since I rarely post, but have been lurking for a couple years now. I bought this car from a collector who wanted to get rid of it, and I took it on as a project car. It has come a long way since I first got it, and have spent a lot of money on it. First I’ll start with the things I have replaced:

    Clutch
    Pressure Plate
    Slave Cylinder
    Master Cylinder
    Clutch Line
    Lightened Flywheel
    Pedal box
    Battery
    Fuel Pump
    Fuel lines
    Fuel filter
    Spark plugs
    Rotors and Pads
    Hoses (Almost all of them)
    Water Pump
    Timing Belt
    Thermostat
    Tune-up
    Bilstein Sports (2 months old)
Turner J-Stock springs (2 months old)
    Control Arms
AKG Rear Shock Mounts (2 months old)
    AKG CAB’s (75D)
    AKG Engine Mounts (75D)
    AKG Transmission Mounts (75D)
    AKG Subframe bushings (75D)
AKG Rear Trailing Arm bushings (75D)
    AKG Differential bushing (75D)
    AKG Tall Shift knob (Urethane)
    AKG Shifter bushing
    AKG Double Sheer Selector Rod
    Z3 lever
Starter (Remanufactured unit 1 week old)
    Flex Disc and bolts
D-Force rims (Silver and 5 months old)
Falken Ziex 912 (5 months old)

    DDM H.I.D.s 55w 6000k
    ICV
Sport Seats (my car came with standard seats)
Carbon Fiber overlay with aluminum gauge rings

And probably way more things that I’m forgetting at the moment. Most of the upgrades or replacements I made were with either OEM parts or higher quality replacement parts. I constantly maintained the engine with valve adjustments and oil changes. I babied this car for the duration I’ve had it, and never beat on it. It had 211,000 miles when I got it, but since the odometer broke it’s probably closer to 240,000 now. The engine runs great and never gave me problems. I also regularly flushed and replaced coolant, transmission oil, engine oil, and differential oil.

    Cons:
    Engine leaks
    Cracked dash
    Open differential
Salvage title (from getting hit in the fender area, replaced)
    Rear valence is messed up*

Damaged and won’t let the bumper seat right, however it’s due to the bumper shock not sitting level, and the bracket that holds the bumper is straight. Damage is mostly in the valence area. I have gotten an alignment and everything came back in good specs.

    How it looks now:

Will upload with more pictures tomorrow of the engine bay and interior:

Would $2,500 be asking too much for this car?

Also might consider trading, specifically for a mid 90's civic (not for me, gift for my cousin)

Not being a jerk at all dude. He has done way more preventive maintenence on his car than I have on mine and I'm pretty sure I've had my car longer and paid more.

                      2.5 is good.

Everything in the AKG Catalog installed. Almost every preventative maintenance item replaced. Brand new suspension. New wheels and tires. Everything under 6 months old.
