SOLD!

First a bit of history: I bought the car around 16 months ago with something like 214,000 miles from a local woman. From her: "The first woman loved it so much she would only sell it to someone who promised to garage it. She was the original owner. I bought it from two women who had it for a year, and they garaged it or used the custom cover (which I have). Then I bought it 3 years ago, and I drive it only for fun." I believe I have some service records from her, but not from the previous owners.
I changed the oil soon after buying it, put on around 6,000 miles, and changed the oil again earlier this week. Otherwise, the only other maintenance I've done is replacing the manual transmission fluid with red line. I believe the PO indicated that the timing belt was changed not long before my purchase, but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to do that upon purchase. Tires and battery were new when I bought the car. Tires are a no-name brand, but still have plenty of tread.
I have also added sport seats, euro plate trim, and an m-tech steering wheel. Interior is tan and in very good condition. Pop-out rear windows. Nicely tinted. Normally I hate tint, but this is pretty subtle and has zero bubbling.
The two-door body is in very good condition. No dents or damage. Front lip is present and straight. Probably the best cosmetic condition of any e30 I've personally driven. Not perfect, but very good. Paint is fairly good. No oxidation, but it's not extremely glossy. It would probably look great with a polish and wax.
Now for the problems:
A/C doesn't blow cold.
Leaks power steering fluid. It's slowed down since putting in stop-leak, but there is still a bit of dripping and the reservoir has to be topped off every once in a while.
The dash does have a 2-inch or so crack that has been filled with epoxy, but the car does come with a dash mat.
There is a lever for cruise control, but as far as I can tell, it's not functional.

And high res images are available upon request.
