how much oil does it burn in terms of quantity vs miles? you sure its the rings and not valve stem seals?

if it were the valve stem seals there would be visible blue smoke on start up due to oil leaking past the valve stem seals while he engine sits.

the smoke does not happen at start up and only when the engine is warm

its definately the rings.
