    1991 325i - Vancouver, WA

We are the second owners of this car and maintained it well since our purchase. While it is not perfect, this car is a great example of the e30 body style and still has many years of service left in it. We have owned it for 5 years and are ready to pass it on to another BMW enthusiast who can provide it the care it deserves.

This car was purchased from the original owners [as stated above] who had bought it while living in Heidelberg, Germany, then imported over here. Under their ownership the car was serviced exclusively at Rasmussen BMW in Portland, OR.

Currently the car sits at: 174,XXX miles [about 9k miles a year average].

    Good:
    -Overhauled suspension
    -Overhauled braking system
    -Waterpump/timing chain replaced
    -New alternator
-All fluids changed [including oil change, 0 miles ago]
-Aftermarket Alpine stereo with iPod/iPhone hookup [powered 24pin cable] + Kenwood speakrs all around
-Desirable factory front sport lip spoiler
-Factory sport [iS] BBS basketweave wheels with Yokohama performance all-season tires [set of 5]
    -A/C works
    -Sunroof
    -Keyless entry and alarm system
    -Much more.

    Less than good:

-Ding in front fender [I have a brand new, unpainted OEM BMW fender for replacement that will be included with sale]
-Oil leak, drips a bit every night
-Head gasket -- car is totally useable and runs fine, but could use a gasket up top with refurbished head
-Tear in driver seat and small wear spot in passenger seat

Other than the dinged front fender, this car is amazingly clean and straight -- it just underwent a full exterior and interior detail and has been sealed and waxed [shine will last].

Please don't hesitate to email me with any questions you might have or to schedule a look at the car.

what do you mean it could use a new head gasket?

The head gasket was replaced about a year ago when oil started seeping into the coolant (not the reverse). Without leveling the head surface, these symptoms have cropped up again- but as I said, it has not been an impediment to daily usage.

I have a nearly complete spare motor I am willing to include with the car, this way you could have the head from that motor serviced while driving the car, then swap out with a new gasket.

Let me know if I can answer any other questions, thanks for your interest.

Nice looking car, surprised it isn't sold.

                Thanks for the tip!

I actually spoke with someone on the phone from the Puget Sound area who had recommended the same thing.

Got it listed on there this morning, thanks again!

Yeah, you should put a bad ass remote start alarm in there too, helps sell the car...

                    Haha, word.

Well, the car does have keyless entry and an alarm -- forgot that in the ad.
