Dude, find an E34. Find the money to just get it on the road and get it to "maintained" status. You will regret selling this car forever.

I'm afraid you are right Luke, It took all I had to even post it up as a feeler..... Just seems like so much time and effort pissed away.

You seriously need to not sell your car.

edit: Damn, you made that front strut brace? I'm impressed.

Yeah, I have been facing the wrath of my wife all day. She seriously doesn't want me to get rid of it. After having heartburn all day which started soon after I posted the feeler.... I dont think I can part with it. I'll just hold out till tax time and get something else for a daily that will fit the kids a little more comfy.

Logical progression is E34. She will adore an E34. Classy but cheap, LOTS of neat little conveniences too...as long as they work.

Mine is gonna stay M20 auto, but I am gonna find a very slow boost T3 and shove it on there. What the hell, I got the thing for free, I have a set of "bitchen wheels" (18X9.5", 18 X 8.5" MRR GT-1) and I have already re-built 1 interor, so I am gonna do thins one in black/brushed aluminum. Should be pretty sexy, IMO.

Tell your wife every man on R3V loves her.

Haha, will do Luke. We were looking at an e34 touring last year at tax time. We wound up putting the money into the house and bought the kids a trampoline instead. So we will see what this year brings.
