WTB: 1989 4 Door E30 M20/M30 E30 for Turbo Project Base

Looking for a 1989 E30 with good M20 or M30 swap for a DD and eventually a turbo project.

Looking for one in good shape for the base. Something worth putting money into.

Best case I'm looking for the following criteria, but am open to other:

Must Have:

4 doors
Black interior (preferably sport)
A/C & Heat
Red, Diamond Schwarz, or Charcoal exterior
Strong Engine (preferably under 150K)
No leaks at all

Would be nice to Have:

Crack free dash
LSD
Lowered
Non bottle caps
Good Exhaust
