yeah, so, I can finally afford to upgrade to an e46 xi, so the iX is up on the block. I'm in no hurry to sell, but I'll work a deal w/ a forum member. The car is running very well for 238k miles but uses some oil. I know I won't get what I'm asking, so make me an offer... I love to deal!! I am also willing to do some more work on it to get rid of some of the issues it has.

I have a rare, strong running sterling silber 1990 BMW e30 325iX 5spd with high miles for sale. It’s been a fantastic car that is a true tank in the snow!! I’ve done a lot of maintenance on this bimmer over the past year to keep it in great running order. It’s not a show car and does need cosmetic attention… but it’s straight, runs & drives well, and still looks pretty good. I tote two kids around and just need something a bit bigger and newer. I’ll own another e30 someday.

The Good:
• Passes the jack test… awd system in great working order
• New Bilstein HD struts all around
• Great e28 iS front springs & e36 M3 rear springs
• New spring pads and rear strut mounts
• New driver’s front wheel bearing
• New front rotors & pads (new calipers in hand… didn’t really need yet)
• New front control arm bushings
• Rebuilt front CV’s!!!
• New Walbro in-tank fuel pump
• New fuel filter
• Replaced fuel rail & fpr
• New intake boot
• Timing Belt replaced <8k miles ago
• Valve adjustment done <8k miles ago
• Fresh Motul fluids in the trans & diff’s
• Recent spark plugs and oil change
• Choice of stock iX BBS basketweaves w/ good snow tires & center caps OR Borbet Type H wheels w/ practically new Winter Pikes
• Kenwood flip-face head unit (stock head unit w/ code available), new rear Boston Acoustic rear speakers, & wired for sub
• Hella ellipsoid headlights w/ relayed low beams
• Supersprint muffler
• Dash is in good shape!
• Pass-through ski bag

The Bad:
• Rust… both front fenders, bottom of 3 doors, rear trunk lid, under battery, rear corner, small spots on sunroof, behind front wheels… NOTHING STRUCTURAL… I do have a set of clean doors (bronzit color) & trunk lid (white color) w/ iS spoiler in good shape that can go with the car if you want them.
• Small dent in rear corner under the taillight
• Shifter is sloppy… I have new bushings & a short shifter kit to install
• Fog lights don’t work... driver’s side is cracked
• Leaks & uses a little oil… I just keep an eye on it
• Comfort seats are vinyl & worn but no tears
• PO replaced the downpipe flex joint w/ a straight pipe and the weld is leaking slightly… I have a good downpipe that needs minor mod to be installed to go with the car
• ABS light came on the other day… I haven’t figured out why yet
•Needs an e-brake cable and could use rear sway links

The Indifferent:
I’m going to try to replace the down pipe, shifter bushings (and install short shift kit), e-brake cable, rear sway links, and guibos (not too bad, but might as well) in the next couple of weeks. I’ll be less willing to negotiate the price as much if I get this all done. Otherwise, I’m always ready to deal! I know I won’t get what I’m asking, but the price matched the model! ☺ Come check out the car and make an offer.
